This modern bar inside the Andaz Hotel takes its inspiration from turn-of-the-century Pullman train car bars, serving cocktails on rolling carts, and ensuring a great drinking experience.
One of their specialties is the hand crafted Perfect Pearl Manhattan, with Bulleit Bourbon, Dolin Sweet & Dry Vermouth, and a Lagavulin rinse to add a smoky component to the cocktail. It’s garnished with a flamed orange disk. The direct entrance to the bar is off Pearl Street- which is so named because of all the oysters that were in the river and the street was once paved with their shells, which glistened in the sun like pearls.
