First, the location. If you haven’t been to the Columbia Tower Club, you’re missing out on one of the best views of Puget Sound. Seventy-four stories up, it’s just as spectacular at night. They had decked out the club into a giant dance floor with models performing yoga poses, multiple bars, a VIP area, and more. Pearl Vodka was manning the bar, slinging back cocktails for the well-dressed crowd, including Singapore Slings, Lychee Martinis and the Skini-Tini, fueled by Zico Coconut Water.
The party even had two photo op areas, the Seattle Met Phototainment Photobooth and the Red Carpet Step and Repeat. In case you were worried about your hair and/or make-up, GPH even had you covered there with free services by the Luna Lounge with Glam Stop for make-up and hair touch ups.
I quickly wandered through and found the roped off VIP area. With comfy couches, fruit punch cake pops from Dianne’s Delights, and bottles of champagne, I could have stayed there all evening. And I practically did, with Dina of Dina S. Good Salon and her husband, Christopher, regaling me with stories of their culinary exploits.
There were some great touches throughout the evening, from the cupcake tower from New York Cupcakes to glasses of champagne as you entered the party. And towards the end of the night, Luna’s team handed out ballet flats, an inspired gift for all the ladies partying in sky-high heels.
I admit I went home fairly early – the party really was just getting started, and I apparently missed out on a pretty epic after party. (A party just isn’t complete without a party to celebrate that you had a party.) I left with a swag bag stuffed with goodies from Babeland, Pearl Vodka, and more, those lovely Luna flats, and a smile on my face.
We really enjoyed you too! Unfortunately my house keeper threw out my stack of business cards and I have been dying to get in touch with you! Friend me on facebook and lets catch up! Oh, and Chris thought you were the bomb too! 😉
