Red Ridge Farms is helping visitors get the most out of the fall and holiday season through three upcoming classes that will help attendees bring the essence of the season home. Scott Ketterman of Crown Paella will teach attendees how to cook authentic Spanish paella utilizing Oregon Olive Mill at Red Ridge Farms extra virgin olive oil, bringing a traditional Spanish flare to local Northwest seafood and fall produce. Red Ridge nursery experts will help guests use locally found foliage and products during their Fall Centerpiece Class and Holiday Wreath and Centerpiece class to create festive centerpieces and wreaths that capture the beauty of the rich fall yellow, red, and orange colors seen across the Willamette Valley. All of them will give you a chance to explore Red Ridge Farms and come home with something wonderful.
All classes will be held at Red Ridge Farms at 5510 NE Breyman Orchard Road in Dayton, Oregon. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 503.864.8502.
PAELLA COOKING CLASS – Saturday, October 14, 4-7 p.m.
Learn the traditional method of cooking Spanish Paella from local favorite, Scott Ketterman of Crown Paella. Class fee is $75 per person.

FALL CENTERPIECE CLASS – Saturday, November 10, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Create your own festive harvest centerpiece using a hollowed-out pumpkin or squash and fill to the brim with an array of unusual and colorful fall leaves, twigs, and grasses. Class fee is $39.

· A pre-hollowed out pumpkin or squash
· A finished centerpiece to take home
· Hot drinks and goodies
· 10 percent off all additional purchases made the day of class
HOLIDAY WREATH AND CENTERPIECE CLASS – Saturday, December 1; 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 2 – 4 p.m.
Cozy up to the fire and create a beautiful holiday wreath, centerpiece or both! Red Ridge Farms will provide a bounty of gorgeous foliage, greenery, twigs, pods, berries and bows to help you create your own work of art! Two class times are available to choose from. Each class costs $39 if you’re making a centerpiece or wreath or $65 if you make both.

About Red Ridge Farms
Red Ridge Farms, as featured in Food & Wine Magazine and EveryDay with Rachael Ray magazine, is owned by the Durant family and is a unique destination in Oregon’s Willamette Valley with a nursery and garden shop, the Oregon Olive Mill, Durant Vineyards and a country cottage.
