Grab your sweetheart and join us in Hale’s Ale’s Double Decker Room (upstairs from the pub) for a romantic evening of music, food and, of course, great beer!
This is a four course meal with beer pairings. First, Mike Hale, the owner of Hale’s Ales, will welcome everyone at the start of the evening and then, as each new dish is presented, Michael Diem, the executive chef of Hale’s Ales, will briefly explain how each dish was prepared. A brewer will then add why each beer pairs well with the course before stepping aside to allow everyone to enjoy their meal.

Walnut encrusted Stilton Salad with apples, pears, radicchio and Belgian Endive.
Sole Roulade with crab and shrimp, poached with rice and creamy citrus sauce.
Heart shaped chocolate shells filled with Chambord liquor chocolate mousse encircled with fresh berries.
Price is all inclusive of dinner ticket, tax & gratuity.
