- ¾ ounce of crème de violette
- 5 ounces of chilled Prosecco extra dry, or champagne extra dry
- Blackberry to garnish
- Edible gold foil or glitter
Place the blackberry in a chilled sparkling wine glass. For stars, place a few pieces of edible gold glitter in the glass before pouring in ingredients.
Add crème de violette. Top with slowly with chilled prosecco or champagne. Serve.
