What happens when two of the city’s most artisany artisans join up? You get Biere de Chocolat, a collaboration between Almanac Beer and Dandelion Chocolate. The beer, released in January, tastes just like you’d imagine—a deep stout with enough notes of cacao that you suddenly feel a craving for dessert: say, gingerbread cake covered in salted caramel.
