The first class of 2013 is Introduction to French Champagne with French Cheeses on January 19, and tickets are $45. With tastings of three French champagnes, representing three different wine styles and paired with a French cheese, the class covers history of the wine and the region as well as the wine making process. If you’re not available in January, there’s a whole year of classes, with tickets as low as $25 for Prosecco in June.

Ultra Brut (Super Dry Champagnes) Champagnes – October 19, 6-7PM, $45 per person
Gourmet Champagnes – November 16, 6-7PM, $55 per person
Prestige Cuveé Champagnes and Petrossian Caviars – December 14, 6-7PM, $79 per person
