Truffled Popcorn With Sea Salt
Makes about 6 servings

- 1 package stove top popping corn (open-pollinated popping corn is best)
- 2 tbs unsalted butter
- 2 tbs finely grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon kosher black truffle salt
Prepare the popcorn according to the instructions on the stove top. Heat the butter in a small pot until just melted, being careful not to let it boil. When the popcorn is ready, pour it into a large bowl, add the butter, parmesan cheese, and truffle salt, and toss. Serve warm.
