We’re excited for the spiced mogo, or cassava, fries with creamy fenugreek and garlic dip, lentil and potato pakoras, and even papri-chaat with sprouted lentils and chutneys. (Everything else has been released, but know that the papri-chaat won’t be available until next week.) And for someone wanting a smaller version of traditional Indian cuisine, they’re serving spicy, mini, Indian crepes (pura) with chutneys.
The cocktail menu and wine list have also been revamped. New wines include five Northwest wines by the glass, and twelve total wines from Washington, all chosen specifically because they pair well with Indian cuisine. New cocktails include the Sarkar with Amrut Single Malt Whisky, and the Za’Feran with saffron-infused Sun Vodka.
