For those who love a great cup of freshly roasted coffee, Barnie’s Coffee Kitchen in Winter Park, Florida hits the mark with over 40 specialized blends, roasted in house, and ready to be ground and served. Instead of paper cups ‘arranged by size’ with disposable plastic lids, drinks are served in white porcelain cups and saucers, with curvy retro-style glasses for the iced drinks. Lattes receive special treatment with hand drawn artwork on each cup.
The staff aims to provide a true coffee experience – a casual atmosphere that reminds you to slow down, and savor your drink, which may have been prepared with creative flare by their own award winning master barista, Mike Severn.

The executive chef behind the menu is Camilo Velasco, former Executive Chef at Norman’s Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes. Born and raised in Colombia, Velasco trained under James Beard award winning chef, Norman VanAken.
