Triple Play Sparkling Sangria

- 3 oz peach nectar
- 1 oz peach liqueur
- 3 oz Tussock Jumper Prosecco
- .5 oz raspberry syrup
- Garnish orange slices, lime slices, berries
Pour in order listed, slightly stir. Serve on the rocks, garnished with lots of fruits. You can combine the peach liqueur, raspberry syrup, and peach nectar in a pitcher the night before, then let guests simply serve themselves!


The Blue Streak

- .75 oz blueberry syrup
- .5 oz Blue Curacao
- 3 oz Tussock Jumper Prosecco
- 2 oz Lemonade
- Blueberries
- Mint
Pour in order listed, slightly stir after adding the Prosecco. Serve on the rocks. Garnish with fresh berries and mint.


Summer Vodka & Tonic

- 2 oz Vodka
- 4 oz lemon tonic water
- juniper berries
- lemon slices
- coriander leaves
- Ice
Stir the gin and tonic water over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with juniper berries, lemon, and coriander leaves.


Berry Patch Spiked Lemonade
- 2 cups Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva
- 3 cups lemonade
- 1 cup cold water
- 4-6 dashes Angostura bitters
- Lemons (garnish)
- Blueberries (garnish)
- Ice
In a pitcher, pour the rum, lemonade and water. Add in lemon and bitters. Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries. Serve chilled.
Firecracker Margarita
- 1½ ounce Partida Tequila Blanco
- Kosher salt
- 1 lime wheel
- 3 ounces fresh watermelon juice
- ¾ ounces fresh lime juice
- Watermelon (garnish)
Place some salt on a small plate. Rub rim of an old-fashioned or rocks glass with lime wheel (reserve for serving); dip in salt. Combine watermelon juice, tequila, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail into prepared glass and garnish with watermelon lime wheel.
Gold Rush Red Mule
- 4 oz. 1000 Stories Gold Rush Red
- .5 oz. Maraschino
- .5 oz. Crème de Mure
- ginger beer
- Rosemary sprig garnish
Add the wine and liqueurs to a copper mug filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir with a bar spoon to incorporate. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Prospectors’ Proof Sour
- 2 oz. Rye Whiskey
- .75 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- .5 oz. 1000 Stories Prospectors’ Proof
Shake the rye whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass and fill with fresh ice. Float red wine over the top of the cocktail.
1000 Stories Splash
- 2 oz. Partida Tequila Blanco
- 1.5 oz. 1000 Stories Zinfandel
- .5 oz. fresh lime juice
- .5 oz. agave nectar
- 2 oz. grapefruit soda
- lime wedge for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.
