Frozen Nebraska (Vanilla Crush)
- 2 1/2 oz. Vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. White Creme de Cacao
- 1 oz. Cold Coffee
- 1 oz. Soy creamer
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated cinnamon
- Garnish: Dark Chocolate Shavings
- Cinnamon sticks, broken
Pour all ingredients into blender, and fill up 3/4 of the tin with ice. Blend for approximately 16-20 seconds. Then pour into small snifter. Garnish with cinnamon and dark chocolate shavings.
