Lucky Gimlet
- 2 ½ oz Clique Vodka
- ¼ oz Lime juice*
- ¼ oz simple syrup
Directions:
First shake 1 oz of sugar with 4-5 drops of green food coloring in a cocktail tin without ice to color. Empty onto a plate or saucer, and rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass, then dip in green sugar to coat. Rinse cocktail tin, and shake Clique Vodka, lime and simple with
ice to chill, then strain into your rimmed glass. *If you don’t have fresh lime juice and simple syrup substitute sours mix.
Minty Kiss
- ½ oz Clique Vodka
- ¼ oz crème de menthe
- Splash lemon lime soda
Directions:
Chill the Clique Vodka and crème de menthe over ice and strain into shooter glass. Top with a splash of lemon lime soda.
Paddy Wagon (for a crowd)
- 8 Packets of green Kool Aid
- 2 Cups of sugar
- 2 Cups of water
- 1 bottle Clique Vodka
- 2 liters of lemon lime soda
Directions:
Bring the water to a slight simmer, cut the heat and stir in the sugar and Kool Aid packets until dissolved. Let cool, then add to a punchbowl or large serving thermos with a spigot with the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and pour over ice to serve.
Quite the Pickle
- 1 oz Clique Vodka
- 1 oz chilled pickle brine
Directions:
Shake Clique Vodka over ice to chill and strain into a shooter glass. Pour pickle brine into a separate shot glass. To drink, shoot the Clique and chase it with the pickle brine.
Shamrock Shake-Tini
- 1 oz Clique Vodka
- 1 oz green crème de menthe
- 1 oz clear crème de cacao
- ¼ oz cream
Directions:
Shake all ingredients vigorously until frothy. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Taste the Rainbow
- ¼ oz pomegranate liqueur
- ¼ oz grenadine
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz Clique Vodka
- ½ oz blue curacao
- 1 oz lemon lime soda
Directions:
Add pomegranate and grenadine to an empty cocktail tin, then fill with ice. Add a splash of lemon lime soda, and slowly add pineapple juice. Add another splash of soda, then slowly pour in the Clique Vodka. Another splash of soda, then put a strainer on top of the tin (Do NOT shake
or stir) Using the strainer to slow down the curacao, slowly pour it in, then immediately pour into 6 shot glasses, one at a time.
If you get the timing down right, you will have 6 different color shots.
