In accordance with National Oyster Day, we would like to share some of our favorite tips and tricks on how to prepare oysters and some different ways to serve them to your guests.
Oysters are enjoyed around the world and considered the most highly prized of all their shelled relatives, so here are some ways to truly enjoy this fine delicacy.
This first video is an instructional video to help you learn how to properly shuck your delicious oysters. For those not familiar, shucking is the process of using the proper tool which looks like a knife but has a thicker blade (sometimes a screwdriver works when a shuck is not available) and the technique to properly getting these tough little mollusks to open up.
