- 5 oz Chai Tea Syrup*
- 5 oz Azzurre Vodka
- 2 lemon slices
- 4 fresh blackberries
- Garnish: lemon twist
Muddle blackberries and lemon slices in a shaker. Add ice, tea syrup, and vodka. Shake well. Strain into martini glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
*To make chai tea syrup: Dissolve 2 tbs sugar and 1 tbs cinnamon into 1 cup hot water with 2 chai tea bags. Steep 5 minutes, strain.

- 1 ½ oz Azzurre Vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 1 tsp. cold espresso
- Whipped cream
Shake with ice, strain into a martini glass. Top with freshly whipped cream.

- .5 oz Ancho Reyes chili liqueur
- Grilled pineapple slice
- 2 lime wedges
- Dash orange bitters
- Club soda
Muddle pineapple slice with lime wedges, then add vodka and liqueur. Add ice, shake. Add bitters, stir. Top with soda.

- 5 oz Azzurre Vodka
- .5 oz Elderflower syrup
- 2 oz organic cucumber, peeled and sliced
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- Dry lemon soda (or seltzer)
- Garnish: Mint, cucumber slices and lemon peel
- Glass: Martini
In a shaker, muddle the cucumber. Add the lemon juice, vodka, syrup, and fill with ice. Shake, strain into a martini glass. Top with lemon soda. Garnish with mint, cucumber slices and lemon peel.
