Let’s face it – if it were up to the guys, every get together would feature a keg and those signature red plastic cups (and I’m hearing a Greek alphabet off in the distance). But for those hostesses (and hosts) who are tired of serving up the same old brew at every get-together – here are a collection of “brew-tails” that will let your man hang on to his pilsner, and his dignity, this Super Bowl Sunday.
What’s a “brew-tail”, you say? It’s a cocktail, with beer as a featured ingredient! Brown and white spirits can be greatly enhanced when combined with the hops and flavors of a craft beer, and the trend has quickly spread from mixologist, to bartender, to approachable, make-at-home recipes we all can create.
