If you are looking for an alternative to calorie-laden, nutrient-deficient traditional bagged chips, dehydrating your own is the way to go. No need to be boring, though, add a bit of modern spice and flair to sweet potatoes or plantains and you’ll elevate your snacking into outer space!
The key is to use a little bit of olive oil with whatever spices or flavoring you choose to marinate your chips in before drying. It helps everything stick and delivers an ideal end result of amazing snack flavor.
