Featuring a 24-foot communal dining table, with additional intimate seating available, Table One offers artfully prepared, seasonal dishes in a sophisticated and contemporary, yet relaxing setting. The communal dining table serves as Table One’s center piece where guests can mingle and exchange tales from their magical day on the slopes. Chef Dalebout plans to share cutting-edge cuisine in Table One’s exquisite open, show kitchen. Table One will be offering breakfast and dinner services.
The Sky Lodge’s other concept, an artisan bar known as Tavern (formerly in the space occupied by Bar Boheme), will be an intimate, gastro pub experience. Located in the historic Utah Coal & Lumber building, both venues will incorporate the latest trends in food and beverage while offering personalized, attentive service from a seasoned staff.
Renovations to the space include a longer bar with more seating, reupholstered banquettes and a new communal table. Tavern is open daily at 11 a.m. to midnight for lunch, après ski, dinner and drinks and will feature live music most evenings.
Both Tavern and Table One boast an impressive list of 55 imported and microbrew beers, 200 wines by the bottle and 25 wines by the glass. They are also available for private functions.
“We’re fortunate that our owner, Ken Adballa, is a passionate foodie and pleased to deliver his vision for high quality, progressive cuisine in our beautiful new spaces,” says Lawrence Acedo, Director of Food & Beverage for The Sky Lodge. “Our staff looks forward to expanding Park City’s culinary horizons and offering an experience that rivals some of the most respected restaurants in major metropolitan areas.”
Tavern opens on December 18 and Table One follows on December 20. Reservations are not accepted at Tavern but are recommended for Table One by calling 435.658.9425. For more info, visit TheSkyLodge.com.
