When it opened in 2009, Sprout’s goal was to bring customers fresh, clean cuisine and a number of unique drink options to pair those options with. With those goals in mind, the restaurant (whose Executive Chef is “Top Chef” contestant and James Beard Foundation semifinalist, Dale Levitski) has re-imagined their cocktail menu at the highly acclaimed Lincoln Park restaurant.
Sprout has introduced a variety of mixologist-driven “Creations”, which are unique to Sprout, for you to choose from. These drinks are a perfect way to cool down during the warm weather months ahead. Not sure which to pick? Sprout’s friendly and knowledgeable staff are on hand to help you pick your poison (all of which are priced at under $15.) Options include:
• WATERMELON – prosecco, lemon, celery bitters, chervil
• CIDER – cognac, yellow chartreuse, egg white, lemon, grapefruit bitters
• STRAWBERRY – rum, lemon, cocoa nib
• HIBISCUS – vodka, gin, orange bitters, crème de violette
• PLUM – st. germain, lemon, soda
• PINEAPPLE – anejo tequila, lemon, bitters, black salt
• ALLSPICE – gin, lemon, soda
• AMARO – bonded bourbon, scotch, bitters, orange flower water
The beer list at Sprout features a cornucopia of different regional, national and imported options sure to delight the most experienced beer connoisseur. Some of the options are as follows:
