This August, Weber Grill’s Executive Chef Larry Donahue and cooking class participants will have the opportunity to peel, sear, and grill an entire summer meal from beginning to end. Chef Larry and three Weber Grill grilling-expert chefs will take guests through a Farmer’s Market tutorial as to how grill the season’s most popular produce and proteins and take these highlighted items right to the charcoal.
Guests will tie on Weber Grill aprons and grab their cooking utensils for a delicious hands-on preparation of Roasted Summer Potatoes with Rosemary and Orangefollowed by Cedar-Planked Scallops with Grilled Corn Salad and Strip Steaks topped with Heirloom Tomatoes and Blue Cheese Vinaigrette.
Weber Grill’s cooking class is an exciting and unique way for friends, couples and groups to perfect one’s grilling skills using summer’s most tasty produce.
The cooking class will take place on Saturday, August 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Schaumburg location. Cooking class is priced at $85 per person including demonstration, food, beverage and service (Sales tax is additional. Class prices are subject to change).
