Push aside the chips and salsa and say “hola!” to a different kind of Mexican-inspired treat to celebrate Cinco De Mayo, as TL’s Four Seasons puts a twist on their authentic sushi rolls. Owner/Chef Shawn Li will pair together the Japanese specialty with the perfect amount of Mexican zest to create the Cinco De Sushi roll available throughout the month of May.
Guests can enjoy the festively spicy roll made with cilantro, avocado and cucumber topped with spicy yellowtail and thinly sliced jalapenos and served with a side of spicy mayo.
