Mitchell’s Fish Market will offer guests a chance to explore the fresh abundance of the Pacific Northwest with “Tastes of the Pacific Northwest;” a four-course dinner available one night only on Wednesday, October 29 at 7 p.m. The dinner features a variety of delicious wines from Oregon and Washington, perfectly paired with Mitchell’s fresh selections available for $49.99 per person plus sales tax and gratuity at all Mitchell’s Fish Market locations across the United States.
“We invite our guests to join us for a special night of food and wine pairings inspired by the bounty of the Pacific Northwest Coast,” said Will Wadsworth, Executive Chef of Mitchell’s Fish Market.
The “Tastes of the Pacific Northwest” dinner includes:
First Course: Sweet Corn and Crab Bisque with Spicy Pumpkin Seeds paired with King Estate “Signature Collection” Pinot Gris, Oregon
Second Course: Tempura Battered Pacific Oysters with Napa Cabbage Slaw and Spicy Aioli paired with Acrobat Pinot Noir 2012, Oregon
Third Course: Pan Roasted Alaskan Sablefish with Three Mushroom Risotto and Brussels Sprouts with Red Wine Reduction paired with North by Northwest Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
Fourth Course: Washington Apple Walnut Tart with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream and Caramel Sauce paired with North by Northwest Horse Heaven Hills Dessert Riesling 2012
