At this special Wine Dinner, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy expertly planned dishes created by Chef Giovanni Rocchio and Chef de Cuisine Jimmy Everett. Each dish will be paired with a complementary wine, balancing flavor profiles with excellence.
The winemakers themselves will be making introductions at each course and recounting stories of their wine making adventures. Winemakers Claudio Alario, Gianmario Marchisio from Cascina Del Pozzo, and Amandine LeClere from Fattoria Montellori will spend time with guests discussing the pairings and answering questions.
