Healthy Weight = Healthy Body
Join FemCity Orlando as COPE (Center for Obesity Prevention and Education) Certified Health Coach Beth Dillaha addresses attaining good health at a healthy body weight, Wednesday, January 22, 2014, from 6- 8 p.m., at Flower No. 5, 1807 E. Winter Park Road in Orlando.
“Weight loss always seems to be at the top of our New Year’s resolution lists,” says FemCity President Leah Nash. “Why not have that resolution include a way to gain good health?”
Dillaha, who also serves as a FemCity Orlando Board Member, will speak on the keys to losing weight, keeping it off and other factors that may contribute to weight gain other than food. She will also show attendees what a healthy weight is for their bodies and discuss fuelings, sleep and stress.
The evening, sponsored by Trusted Source and Kim Truelove Photography, is complimentary for FemFessional members; $20 for non-members. To register or for more information, email [email protected], call 407.758.5324, or visit their website. Pre-registration is necessary to attend.
