Falafill has teamed up with the country’s leading culinary minds to craft a unique wrap of his or her own creation to be featured on the restaurant’s menu for an entire month. $1 from each wrap sold benefits the Mediterranean Feast Fundraisers, an outreach campaign supporting Paula Wolfert, the author of eight Mediterranean, Moroccan and French cookbooks and spokesperson for Alzheimer’s disease, as well as theAlzheimer’s Association. This “Guest Chef Series” will run throughout the summer and is an opportunity to enjoy the flavors of Falafill while also experiencing the creations of some of the most celebrated chefs in cities across the nation.
