In case that didn’t catch your eye enough, you should join Chefs Chris Grant and Trace Williams as they take over San Francisco for a night to bring Cajun/Yorkshire fusion to the West Coast in a 6+ course dinner on January 16th. Chef Chris Grant is flying in all the way from Indianola, Mississippi to cook up his delicious morsels of southern goodness with Chef Trace Williams bringing the Yorkshire flavor to the party and rounding off the dinner with a four dish desert flight. The dinner will feature demonstrations and menu introductions by the chefs, so hopefully the charm will be on full blast.
Following the festivities, you’ll have a chance to work it off with dancing and perhaps even a few beverages at the “cool-as-hell” Public Works venue.
