Whether for entertaining and parties, or creating cocktails for your restaurant or bar, the start of fall is a great time to think about switching up your cocktail menu.
Here are 5 Fall Cocktails inspired by our friends at Patron Spirits.
Fall Spice Flip
- Patrón Silver 2 oz
- Pyrat XO Reserve Rum 1/4 oz
- Mint syrup 3/4 oz
- Lime juice 3/4 oz
- Egg white
- Black sea salt
Lime zest for garnish
In a shaker, combine all ingredients (except sea salt and lime zest). Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with black sea salt and lime zest in the middle of the drink.
Fall At Dusk
- Patrón XO Café 1 oz
- Elderflower liqueur 1 oz
- Pineapple syrup 1 oz
- Basil syrup 1 oz
- Soda water – splash
Combine all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice and finish with a splash of soda water. Garnish with edible flowers.
Endless Summer
- Patrón Añejo 1 oz
- Fresh grapefruit juice 3/4 oz
- Vermouth 3/4 oz
- Apricot brandy 3/4 oz
In an ice-filled mixing glass, add all ingredients and shake until well blended. Strain into a chilled glass.
Hammering Man
- Patrón Reposado 1 1/2 oz.
- Cream Sherry 3/4 oz.
- Elderflower Liqueur 1/3 oz.
- 1 Barspoon Jicama Juice
- 1 Barspoon Crushed Fennel
Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice. Shake vigorously then double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with thin floating jicama slice or borage flower.
Citrónge Spark
- Patrón Citrónge 1 oz
- Dry sparkling wine 1 oz
- Pomegranate juice 1 oz
- Orange bitters – splash
Pour 1 oz Patrón Citrónge with a splash of bitters in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a flute. Top off with dry sparkling wine and pomegranate juice. Garnish with an orange twist inside of the glass.
