- 3 cups water
- 2 – 3 black tea bags (also good with gunpowder green)
- ½ c. sugar
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 cup bourbon or whiskey
- Garnish: lemon wedge and mint sprig
Directions:
Boil 3 cups of water with 1/2 cup sugar. Pour into a pitcher half filled with ice, let brew for 5-10 minutes, removed the tea bags, and cool on the counter.
Add lemon, lime, and orange wedges. Pour the bourbon into the pitcher, stir and close the lid. Chill pitcher in the fridge for 10 minutes, then serve in a tall glass, filled with ice (cubes or crushed). Garnish glass with a lemon wedge and mint sprig.
