Prairie Natural Appletini
- 2 oz Prairie Organic Gin
- 2 oz Fresh Apple Cider
- 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz *Simple Syrup
*Simple Syrup -1 part water & 2 parts organic cane sugar brought to a boil in a sauce pan and cooled
Directions: Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with an apple slice or cinnamon stick.
Prairie Peartini
- 2 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
- 2 oz Cinnamon-Pear Simple Syrup
- 4 oz Soda
Directions: Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in a tall glass. Fill the rest of the glass with soda water.
Raspberry Grapefruit Collins
- 2 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
- ½ oz raspberry liqueur
- 2 oz fresh (golden) grapefruit juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
Directions: Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and a piece of fresh pineapple on the rim.
Cucumber Mojito
- 2 parts Prairie Cucumber Flavored Vodka
- 1 part fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 6 fresh mint leaves
Directions: Muddle mint, sugar and lime juice in a Collins glass. Fill with ice, add vodka and top with soda water. Shake or mix and garnish with a cucumber wedge.
