Briefly effervescent upon opening, this white blend is straw in color, with glints of green.
Nose exhibits white fruit blossoms and stone fruits, as well as toasted almonds. Flavor profiles of pineapple, lime zest, and white peach.
It is round, juicy, and would be a wonderful complement to seafood, poultry, cream based dishes, and soft cheeses.
We’d also love it with shrimp and lobster risotto, scallops in a beurre blanc sauce, eggs benedict for brunch, white cod with sauteed spinach and a lemon cream sauce, or a freeform apple tart.
Drink now through 2016.
