Watch nature blossom into color during the winter months at the Bellevue Botanical Garden. Nightly from 5 – 10 p.m. the lights festival will feature over a half million lights which transforms the flowers, trees, and bushes into a blossoming winter wonderland. Celebrate the holiday season with family and friends at Bank of America’s Magic Season Ice Arena located by Bellevue Downtown Park. Guests are invited to glide along to music at the region’s largest open-air holiday ice skating rink. Admission is $10.00, which includes skate rental. In this local Northwest tradition since 1950, a flotilla of brilliantly lit ships cruises along Elliott Bay and the lakes of Seattle, booming out carols. The ships will stop at two beaches in Bellevue during the season (detailed below) where hot cider and heat from a crackling beach bonfire are provided complimentary. Dates are as follows:
