And tomorrow, September 28, at 1927 Events in Downtown Seattle, you can join Jennifer and her team for an evening of cupcake magic. They’re pulling out all the stops – from unlimited Trophy Cupcakes, to collaborations with Spun Cotton Candy, Theo Chocolate, and Simple & Crisp, to a “bubble bar” featuring one of Jennifer’s “Top 5 Bubblies” from the book. If that wasn’t enough, The Narwhal food truck is bringing in fried oysters.
The recipes are separated by components: cupcake bases, icings, and fillings, with recommendations for making the classic Trophy Cupcakes at home. The Seattle team is looking forward to more creative experimentation, but it’s hard to go wrong with options like strawberry cupcakes and the stunning rose water buttercream.
